Ruben is a brilliant massage specialist. I have been struggling with a painful foot/calf due to tight muscles and incorrect foot bio-mechanics for several months. After just one session Ruben released the tension in my calf and leg and the pain has reduced considerably. Ruben's skill lies in using his hands, expertise and intuition to identify where the problem lies and by skillful massage he helps the body to release and heal. His technique works and I highly recommend him.

The must-have massage sport therapy in the City!!! Ruben is a deeply intuitive and strong massage therapist and a lovely guy to boot. I exercise often at a high level of intensity both on the spinning bike and on the gym floor, so I require deep tissue massage once a week to flush out the toxins and stretch the muscle fibres in order to help the recovery process. Ruben has an almost magical touch to find the spots more in need of attention and apply just the right pressure to sort out the knots while at the same time allowing me to just relax and enjoy the massage... Again, I cannot recommend Ruben's deep tissue massage enough. Try it today!

Ruben is fantastic. I participate in various sports/training activities and get all sorts of issues with my back, shoulders, quads, glutes, hamstrings, you name it. Ruben is a genius at locating the source of the issue every time, and I always leave the clinic feeling he did exactly what was needed for me to walk out fully repaired! A true professional.
